This project is located in Hamburg, Germany; Near North, by the sea.
At first it is seen from the side of the road to a 1-storey house. But there is another floor at the bottom that covers the main parts of the house and has a very good view of the surroundings.
The beginning is half of the whole.
This villa is a real alternative to the everyday model of a house on a hillside. The front of the beautiful curve depicts landscapes in every conceivable direction and completes the feel and purpose of a great home.
The villa has 3 front parking lots at the entrance.
A fully self-contained apartment with room, living room, bathroom, toilet, kitchen and storage.
The main house consists of a very large living room with an open plan kitchen and storage room.
Guest bathroom, dressing room, hallway and a spiral staircase that connects the ground floor to the basement.
Green spaces complete the concept.
Both the main house and the additional apartment have terraces that are located in the direction of the slope.
In the basement, the villa has a main hallway, 3 large rooms with bathroom and toilet, a wall closet, an indoor pool with a technical room and an additional room that can be used as a gym, for example.
All in all, it offers the whole set of space for a large family and a tenant. If desired, the additional apartment can be expanded as a garage!
The health garden and other green areas have been expanded in a modern and simple way.
A large swimming pool that extends over the slope should complete the overall picture of the house while leaving it open.
